touching the Matters for which the said Samuel

is Committed And this Deponant further Saith that the said Mary
Omer lately within these Ten Days last past or thereabouts lodged at
the House of the Defendant Samuel Jordan< no role >
scituate in Athins's Cow [..]

Rag Fair but that she now Absconds and keeps out
of the Way in order to avoid being Served with any Subpena to attend
to give Evidence against the said Samuel Jordan< no role >
as this Deponant
hath been Informed and verily beleives And this Deponent further
Saith that he hath been Informed and verily beleives that the said
Mary Omer so Absconds and keeps out of the Way as aforesaid by the
Contrivance and persivasion of the said Samuel Jordan< no role >
And Lastly
this Deponant Says that the said Samuel Jordan< no role >
was Committed
to Clerkenwell Bridewell
on the Sixteenth Day of May last and
afterwards detained in Custody by Warrant of Detainer dated the
twenty third day of May Last Signed by Justice Gower And thought
Notwithstanding Strict Enquiry and Search hath been made after
the said Mary Omer yet she Cannot be found in order to be Subponaed
to Attend this Session for the purpose aforesaid
