Sheweth

That Your Petitioner was Committed to Newgate on
Sunday 2d July Instant for being Concerned in a Riot
in the Strand Contrary to the Statute in that Cate
made and Provided

Your Petitioner therefore humbly prays
That at this present Session of Gaol
Delivery of Newgate he may be tryed
Bailed or Discharged Pursuant to the Statute in that
Case made and provided

And Your Petitioner shall pray Etc
