At the General Session of the peace four
Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of
Middx at Hicks Hall in Set John Street in
the County aforesaid on Monday the fifth day of
December in the twenty Second year of the Reign
of our Sovereign Lord George the second by the
Grace of God of Great Britain Etc King Defender
of the faith and aforth and in the Year of our
Lord 1748

It is Order'd by this Court that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of thesaid Parish of St Giles
in the fields in this County have Notice of the
Petition, and Appeal, and that they and all persons
concern'd do attend this Court on Friday next at
ten-of the Clock in the forenoon to hear and
abide the Judgment and Determinacon of this
Court upon and touching the said Appeal
