at Hicks Hall Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St.
Anne within the Libty of Westmr. in the County of Middlx

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant under the hands &
Seals of Philip Dyot< no role > and John Milner< no role > Esqrs. two of his
Majestys Justices of the peace for the said County of Middlx (one
being of the Quorum) bearing date the 17th. day of October last
Elizabeth Floyd< no role > Singlewoman was remov'd from the parish of St.
Giles in fields in the said County of Middlx to the sd. Parish of
St Anne , whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves to be
aggriev'd

Therefore they humbly appeal to your Worships
against the Adjudgment of the said two Justices, and pray
Your Worships will be pleased to Order that the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St.
Giles in the fields and all persons concernd do attend this
Court someday in this present Session to hear and abide
the Judgment Determination of this Court touching
the said Appeal
