was at work on beard of the said Ship Dunvil
Frigot in
Company with one Neal Karragan< no role >
and was aiding
and assisting to the said Neal Karragan< no role >
in feloniously
Stealing out of the said Ship a Bagg of Tobacco weighing
about one hundred and an half pounds weight the
Property of Persons unknown, and also in throwing
the said Tobacco out of a Gun Port in the Steerage into
the River And further Saith not
