the said County Mariner now Chief Mats
of the Dunvil Frigot of London Robert Young< no role >
Commander Taken upon Oath before me
Walter Berry< no role > Esqr. one of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the said County this fourth Day
of Aprile in the year of our Lord one thousand
Seven hundred and fourty eight.

This Informant upon his Oath Deposeth and Saith That
about Twelve or Fourteen Days ago Hugh Campbell< no role > Labourer
was at work on beard of the said Ship Dunvil Frigot in
Company with one Neal Karragan< no role > and was aiding
and assisting to the said Neal Karragan< no role > in feloniously
Stealing out of the said Ship a Bagg of Tobacco weighing
about one hundred and an half pounds weight the
Property of Persons unknown, and also in throwing
the said Tobacco out of a Gun Port in the Steerage into
the River And further Saith not
