& that abt. 7 or 8 nights ago Deced & Mr.
Leverick & went out of Mrs. Darkins & an
abt. an hour & an half Leverick returned
& said Deced & had broke his head with his

10 & 11 at night Informant being in bed
heard Deced aske for that Scoundrell
LeverickDeced went out& soon
returned & said Leverick shod. have his

gave it to Leverack, which Leverack threw
