Thomas Cecill< no role > of Birmingham in the County of Warwick Gent.
maketh oath That at the Assizes holden at Warwick intheand for
the County of Warwick on Saturday the Twenty ninth day of July
one Thousand Seven hundred and thirty Eight One Robert Cleaver< no role >
was Convicted for Feloniously Sterling a Black Golding from this
Depont. & Received Judgment of Death for the same, and this
Depont. further Saith that the same Robert Cleaver< no role > at a
following assizes holden at Warwick aforesaid in and for the
said County was Pursuant to his Majestye's Mary (Signifyed by
a Principal Secretary of State) ordered to be Transported for
the Space of Fourteen Years for the Felony aforesd. This Depont.
further saith that the same Robert Cleaver< no role > is now in Custody of the
Sheriffe of the County of Middlesex [..] for felony [..] doing at Large within this
Kingdom of Great Brittain before the [..] of the aforsd Town of
Fourteen Years and that the aforesd. Ro [..] er now at the Par in the
very person as it mentioned aforesd. and further this Depont. Saith that the
said Robert Cleaver< no role > hath been seen at Large in Binningham in the
said County of Warwick (where this Depont. now Resides and hath done
for many Years last past) Since he the said Robert Cleaver< no role > was so
ordered to be Transported as aforesd. this Depont. hath been
Informed by Several of his Neighbours and which he this Depont.
verily Believes to be Fine.
