this Dept. Personally Served Mr. Edward
Whinfield< no role > the Person mentioned in the said Notice
with a true Copy of the same Notice who agreed
with this Dept. to try the Cause mentioned in
the said Notice on this day And this Dept. further
Saith that Pursuant to such agreement he
this Dept. Attered the said notice from the day
of Friday next to this day as Appears by the said
notice as the same Cause may be heard on this
day accordingly
