Take Notice That I will appear at the Session of Oyer
and Terminer to be holden at Hicks Hall in Saint
John street in and for the County of Middlesex by
Adjornment on Wednesday the fifteenth day of
this instant July at the hour of Nine in the Fore-
Noon of the same day And will then & there Try
my Travers upon the Indictment by You preferred
against me for Receiving Goods knowing them
to be Stollen Dated this 11th. day of July 1747
