to be & psonated one John Spurce< no role > of the pish of Aynoe on the Hill in the County
of Northampton Salesman & by ye sd. name of John Spurce he the sd Edwd Bygrave< no role >

by sd. Corporal Oath upon ye Holy Evengelist of God before ye sd. William Morris< no role > (the

sd. Oath in that behalf) & the sd. Edwd. Bygrave personatingreprsentingthe sd. John Spurce
on ye sd. Day & year last menconed at Kensington aforesd. did falsly malitiously
Voluntarily & cormptly swear & depose upon by sd. oath thatthe sd one aperson
then in Custody of in by Maces Goal of Newgate in the County of Middx who went
by ye name of William Franklyn< no role > & by ye Nick name of Rusty Dick (menaing
thereby the above named William Frankland< no role > (wch. sd. William Frankland< no role > on yrd. 9th
Day of November in ye year last menconed & long before & afterwds was a prisont
