land of London Brewer by falsely Charging him with a Robbery on the Kings High-Way

John Spurce of the parish of Aynor on the Hill in the County of Northampton

man before the sd Wm Morice and in the Name and Place of the sd John Spurce and
as if he the sd Edwd Bygrave had really been the true Person of the sd John Spurce
then & there took his Corporal Oath upon the holy Gospel of God before the sd

to an Examinationthat a Person then in Custody in his Majesty's Goal of
