Whereas Edward Bygrave< no role > otherwise Spruce< no role > Stands Committed to the
Custody of the Keeper of Woodstreet Compter London being Charged upon
oath with being a loose Idle person having no visible way of Living and
conspiring with Elizabeth Nicholls< no role > This name instance is in set 1683. falsly to Charge one Wm. Frankland< no role >
with a Robery on the highway and being also Charged upon Oath for wilfull
and Corrupt Perjury in falsly charging the sd. Wm. Frankland< no role > with a Robery
on the high way.

You are hereby to take Notice that the Deft. Edward Bygrave otherwise Spruce
will be brought into his Majesties Court of Kings Bench at Westmr . on Saturday
next by Virtue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus Granted by the sd. Court And that the
sd. Court will then be Moved that the sd. Deft. may be Admitted to Bail And the
persons under written or any two of them are proposed to be his Bail Dated this
19th. day of June 1740 .
