that ye Deft stands indicted for wilfull & corrupt Perjury at
the Generall Session of Oyer & Terminer held for the
County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St John Stret in
the sd. County on Monday theyday of July
last past And that ye sd. deft is now a Prisoner in the Custody
of the Keeper of the Wood street Compter in London
for the above offence And cannot legally be conveyed
into the sd. County of Middx to take his Tryall
upon ye sd. Indt. with his Majesties Writt of Fabeas
Corpus for that purpose frist had & Obtained
