in this Cause, has not lived wth. her sd Husband for 5 or six years last past, or upwrd.
that the Prosecutrix has carryed on a seperate Trade ever since the Absence of
her sd Husband, and that this Prosecucon has been carryed on agt. the Defendt.
Ivegrave unknown to her sd Husband; And that he this Depont. cannot find out
or hear where the sd Husband is, or where he may be found, tho' he has made [..]
Enquiry after him; And this Depont. further maketh Oath, that he well kno [..]
that the Prosecutrix Susanna Humstead< no role > has agreed this prosecucon, wth. the
Defendt. Ivegrave, and has (as far as in her lieth) given him a General
Release for that purpose.
