the same Parish Cheesemonger Bayle for the Deft on this Indictment
Oath that they these Deponents did on or about the Thirteenth day of [..]
Enter into a Recognizance before Mr Justice Chapple for the App [..]
the above Named Thomas Robinson< no role > at this present Sessions of
to an Indictment preferred against him by One Charles Taylor< no role > [..]
Assault and these Deponents further Make Oath and say that [..]
Thomas Robinson< no role > was told by Severall Persons that the Sessions [..]
Hall did not begin till about Michaelmas which these Deponts. [..]
believe he Depended upon and thought to be true And the sd. Re [..]
Occasion to go to Bristol and Severall other Places in the West [..]
Sunday last Sett out on his Journey towards Bristol aforesaid An [..]
Deponents the they have Made Enquiry at his House and other p [..]
where they might Expect to be Informed where he is so as to [..]
Thomas Robinson< no role > in Order to gett him to Return to London [..]
End of this Sessions Yet they cannot Learn where he is And these Deponents further Say that the sd.
Robinson did not go out of Town with any View or Intent to D [..]
Tryall of this Indictment but that if he had known the Sessions [..]
so Soon he would have Putt off his Journey And these Deponent [..]
very Sure the said Robinson would Imediately Return to Lon [..]
these Deponents could tell how to Direct a Letter to him to I [..]
thereof And these Deponts. verily believe the sd. Robinson wi [..]
to London in about a fortnight
