was removed from the Parish of St. Ann within the Liberty
of Westminster
in the said County of Middx to the said Parish of
Battersea
in the County of Surry as the place of her last legal
settlement, And upon hearing of what was alledged by Councel for
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
St. Ann
and also by Councel for the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of Battersea
This Court doth disallow of the said
appeal, And doth ratify & confirm the aforesaid order of the said
two Justices of the peace, and the same is hereby ratifyed and
confirmed accordingly,
