At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord
the King holden for the County of Middx at Hickshall in St. John
Street in the County aforesaid by adjornment on Monday the
Sixteenth day of January in the eleventh year of the reign of
our Sovereign Lord George the second King of Great Britain Etc
before Edward Barker< no role > Esquirs Alexander Garrett< no role > Nathaniel Chandler< no role >
John Poulson< no role > Esquires & other their Fellows Justices of our said
Lord the King assigned to keep the peace in the County aforesaid
and also to hear & determine divers felonys trespasses & other
misdeeds committed in the same County,

Upon hearing of the appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields in this County
against an order under the hands & seals of Oliver Lambart< no role > & John
Ludbey
< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County aforesaid (One whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date
the twenty Sixth day of December last whereby Harriot< no role > the wife of
John Randall< no role > was removed from the Parish of St. James
Westminster in this County to the said Parish of St. Martin in the
Fields as the place of the last legal settlement of the said John
Randall
< no role > and his said wife, And upon hearing of what was alledged
by Councel for the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of St. James and also by Councel for the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Martin in the Fields This
Court dothallow ofdisallow of the said appeal, And doth ratify
& confirm the aforesaid Order of the said two Justices of the peace,
and the same is hereby ratifyed & confirmed accordingly,
