the Prosecutor William Dight< no role > Severally
made Oath & first this Deponent Hannah
Potter on her Oath saith that the Notice
in writing hereunto annexed was delivered
to her this Deponent between the Hours of
Eleven and twelve of the Clock in the forenoon
Yesterday being the sixteenth day of this
Instant January & not before And this
Deponent Catharine Dight saith that She did
not receive the said Notice Annexed till last
Night between the Hours of Six and Seven of the
Clock when she came home from Attending
this Court All Day As a Witness, And this
Deponent further saith that her said Husband
William Dight< no role > has been gone from home into
the Countrey ever since Christmas day last and
verily believes her said Husband now is at
Taunton Dean in the County of Somersett , but
Expects him home in A Weeks time according
to his Letter sent this Deponent
