rum) by the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields
in the said County,

lately come into the said Parish endeavouring to Settle
there, contrary

said Justices, and we do adjudge That they are likely
to become chargeable to the said Parish; and upon Exami
nation of the said

taken upon Oath, it further appeareth unto us,
and we do likewise adjudge, That the parish of Castle
Hedingham
in the County of Essex
is the Place of the last legal
Settlement of the said

Command the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Said Parish of St Giles in the Fields
forthwith to remove and convey the said

from the said Parish of St. Giles in the Field
to the Said
Parish of Castle Hedingham
and deli
ver them to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor there, or to some or one of them, who are hereby re
quired to provide for them according to Law. Given under
