not appear & pror his Traverse upon the sd. Jud Pursuant
to the Condition of the sd. Recogn whereby the same became
forfeited And that afterwd. at the same session being holden
at Hicks Hall afd. in & for the Co: aforesd. by Adjornmt. on Saturday
the tenth day of the same Month a Bench Warrt. was granted Issued forth by
under the hands of [..] of his Matres
agt. the said to take and apprehend the sd. M B to
two of his Maties Justices of the peace for the said County then prosent in Court at the
same sessionsfor the apprehending & taking the said M: B: to
answer to the said Judictment

And that afterwd the said Bench Warrant was so issued forth to wit on the sd. tenth day of Decr. instant upon Application
in that behalf Made in the Court of the same sess. on behalf of the sd. M B.
the sd. Court Granted a Respit of the sd. Recogn untill the next Genl.
Qur. sess. of the peace far the sd. Co: Dated the twentyeth day of
