At the General Session of the peace of our Sovereign Lord the King begun &
holden for the County of Middx at Hickshall in St. John street in the County
aforesaid on Monday the fifth day of December in the eleventh Year of
the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great
Britain Etc before Edward Barker< no role > Henry Binfield< no role > Alexander Garrett< no role >
Anthony Chamberlain< no role > Nathaniel Chandler< no role > Esquires & other their Fellows
Justices of our said Lord the King assigned to keep the peace in the County
aforesaid and also to hear & determine divers felonys trespasses & other
misdeeds committed in the same County, and from thence continued
several adjornments untill this day (to wit) Friday the Ninth day of the same
month of December in the year aforesaid and on the same day holden by
adjornment at Hicks hall aforesaid in & for the said County before the
above named Justices & other their Fellows aforesaid,

Whereas the General Quarter Session of the peace begun & holden for the
County of Middx at Westminster in the County aforesaid on Thursday in
the week next after the Feast day of St. Michael the Archangel (to wit) the
[..] Sixth day of October last was from thence continued by adjornmt:
untill Monday the tenth day of the same Month of October last, on which
day the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Castle
Hedingham in the County of Essex exhibited their humble petition and
appeal unto the Court of the same Session then holden by adjornment
at Hicks hall in St. John street in & for the said County of Middx
Setting forth That by an order under the hands & seals of John Milner< no role >
William Hucks< no role > Esquires two of his Maties Justices of the peace for the
County of Middx Jonathan Ward< no role > & Elizabeth < no role > his wife and their three
children (to wit) Ann < no role > aged about six Years Elizabeth < no role > aged about four
years and Robert < no role > aged about six weeks were removed from the parish
of St. Giles in the fields in the County of Middx to the parish of Castle
Hedingham in the County of Essex , And that the Petrs. apprehending themselves
aggrieved by the said Order humbly appealed to the said Court, the
matter of which appeal was appointed to be heard & determined by the
same Court on Friday the Fourteenth day of the same month of October
last being an adjornment day of the General Quarter Session of the peace
above mentioned, And whereas by an Order made by the Court of the
same Session on the same day holden by adjornment at Hicks hall
aforesaid in & for the said County of Middx the hearing & determining
the matter of the said appeal was adjourned untill this present General
Session of the peace holden for the same County, and was appointed to
be heard & determined by the Cbe on Wednesday the seventh day of
December instant being an adjornment day of this present Session, out
which same present session holden on that day by adjornment at Hickshall
aforesaid in and for the said County of Middx the hearing & determining
