Att the Generall Sessions of the Peace of our Sovereign
Lord the King held for the County of Middlesex at Hicks hall in St. John street in the sd County on Monday
the 5th. day of December 1737 and in the eleventh year of
the reign of our sovereign Lord George the second King of Great
Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell
in this County have Notice of this Appeal and that they
and all parties concerned Do attend this Court on Friday
next at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon
then and there to hear and abide the Judgement and
Determination of this Court touching this Appeal
