Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
in their Generall Sessions assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal
of the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Saint Olave
Southwark in the County of Surry

Sheweth


That by an Order or Warrant under the hands and Seals of
Thomas Jones< no role > and Richard Farmer< no role > Esquires two of his Majesties
Justice of the Peace for the Said County Dated the Nineteenth
day of October 1737 Honour Reddall< no role > Widdow of Thomas Reddall< no role >
was removed and Conveyed from the Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell
in the County of Middlesex to the said parish of Saint Olave
Southwark as the place of the last Legall Settlement of the said
Honour Reddall

Your Petitioners finding themselves agreived by the
said Order or Warrant of the Said Two Justices
Humbly Appeal to this Court against the Same [..]
Pray this Court would appoint a day at this present
Sessions for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Said Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell and all Parties
Concerned to attend this Court to hear and abide the
Judgement and determination of this Court touching
the Said Appeal

And Your Petitioners as in Duty
Bound Shall ever Pray Etc
