County of Middx in General Quarter Sessions Assembled

The Humble Peticon And Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. George in the sd County

Sheweth


That by a Pass Warrant under the hands and Seales of Thomas
Jones
< no role > and Richard Farmer< no role > Esqrs two of his Maties Justices of the
Peace of the Said County (One being of the Quorum) bearing
date the Second day of July 1737 Charles Williams< no role > Aged
about Six year's and Mary Williams< no role > Aged about four year's
were removed on the 11th day of the Said Month of July from
the Parish of St. Paul Shadwell in the Said County to the
Parish of St. George abovesaid as the place of their last
Legal Settlement

That Your Peticoners think themselves aggriev'd by the
Said Pess Warrant and Judgment of the Said two Justices
And humbly Appeal to this Court against the Same

Therefore humbly pray Your Worships
to Appoint a day in this General
Quarter Sessions that all Parties may
then Attend to hear and abide the Judgment
and determinacon of this Court touching
this Appeal
