Seals of Wm. Hayton< no role > Esqr & Wm: Browing< no role > Esqr two of his
Majestys Justices of the peace for ye said County of Middlsex
One Where of is of the Quorum bearing Date the Wth:
Day of September 1737 In the Eleventh Year of his Prsent
Majestys Reign One Richard Garrett< no role > & Elizabeth < no role > his Wife
were removed from & out of ye Parish of St. Luke in the
County of Middlesex into the sd. Parish of St. Botolphs
without Aldgate London as the Places of the last
Legall Settlement

Yor Petitioners therefore Humbly conceiving
themselves Aggreived by ye sd. Order or Pass Warrt.
Do Appeale Agt. the Same & Pray yt. this Honrble
Court will Please to Order ye Churchwardens &
Overseers of ye poor of the sd. Parish of St. Luke
and all Parties Concerned to Appear Some
Day at this prsent Sessions to Hear & Abide ye
Indgment & Determinacon of this Court
touching the sd. Appeal
