Sessions Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of
the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Castle Hedingham in the County
of Essex

Sheweth


That by an Order under the Hands and Seals of
John Milner< no role > and William Hacks< no role > Two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
Jonathan Wood< no role > and Elizabeth < no role > his Wife and their
three Children (to Wit) Ann < no role > aged almost Six Years
Elizabeth < no role > aged almost four Years and Robert < no role > aged
about Six Weeks were removed from the Parish
of Saint Giles in the Fields in the County of Middlsex
to the Parish of Castle [..] Hedingham in the County
of Essex

That Your Petitionrs. apprehending themselves
aggrieved by the said Order Humbly Appeal to
this Honourable Court

Therefore Your Petitioners Humbly
Pray that a Short Day may be fixed
this present Session for the Hearing and
Determining the said Appeal And that
they way be Relived in the Premisses
in such manner as this Court shall
think fitt

And Your Petrs. shall Ever Pray
Etc.
