At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our Sovereign
Lord the King holden for the County of Middx at Hicks hall in
St. John street in the County aforesaid by adjornment on Monday
the fifth day of December in the eleventh year of the reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the second King of Great Britain Etc

Upon motion made unto this Court by Mr. Barnardiston of Councel
for the Appellants within mentioned It is Ordered by this Court that
the hearing & determining the matter of the within written
appeal be and the same is hereby adjourned untill the next
General Quarter Session of the peace to be holden for this County,
And that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the parish of St.
Leonard Shoreditch within mentioned do (upon notice of the said
appeal and of this Order)attsproducebeforethe Poor's Rates of the
said parish and therewith attend the Court of the next General
Quarter Session of the peace to be holden for the said County on
Wednesday the eleventh day of January next at eleven of the
clock in the forenoon to hear & abide the Judgment & determination
of this Court touching the said appeal, And It is further Ordered by this
Court that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said parish or
one of them do upon application to them or one of them in this behalf made
produce the said Poors. Rates to the said Appellants or one of them or their Agent in
the mean time to the intent that theymakemay take any material extract on
extracts out of the same.
