George Hanover Square Widow maketh Oath That
on the Fifteenth Day of August in the Year of our
Lord 1734. she this Depont. was present when Margaret
Hescot< no role > (the then Prosecutrix of this Cause) accepted
Ten shillings & Six Pence from the Deft. Wm. Kelly< no role >
in full Satisfaction for the Assault made by
him on her the sd. Margaret, who put her Mark by
the Name of Margaret Heasted< no role > , to a Receipt for the
same, to which Christoper Coyle < no role > since deceased & this
Depont. were subscribing Witnesses, And this Depont
further saith That she was very well acquainted
with the sd. Margaret Hescot< no role > in her Lifetime,
and saw her Corpse in a Coffin in last Easter Week.
