John Rumming< no role > of the parish of Christ Church Spittle
Fields in this County Broker and Hannah < no role > his wife severall
say upon their respective Oaths as followeth) that is to say
First this Deponent John Rumming upon his Oath saith, That
he was bound by Recognizance (for himselfe [..] wife) to presecute William pooll< no role >
(and others) at last April Sessions for breaking and Robbing
his House at Christ Church aforesaid; That a Bill wae
prferred. accordingly; but this Depent. was taken very [..]
the same morning, by which means this Depont. could not
attend to give his Evidence upon the sd Bill; but that his
wife Hannah Rumming< no role > did appear on the said Bill &
was sworne upon the same accordingly [..]
And the Depont. Hannah Rumming< no role > for her part says
upon her Oath that after she was so sworne as aforesd,
upon the said Bill agt. the said Willm. pooll, and others, she
this Depont. did Fellow the said Bill down to the Old
Baily , and there did attend on the presecucon of the said
pooll, but that she and many other Wittnesses attending
was never called to give Evidence against the sd pooll
though she attended at the Old Baily during the whole
Sessions for that purpose.
