Master, and to grant him such other relief as to his Court in Justice
and equity shall seem meet, whereupon It was by an Order made
by this Court on the said fourth day of July instant Ordered by this
Court that the said Samuel Harris< no role > should have notice of the said
petition, and that he & all persons concerned should attend this
Court on this present Thursday the seventh day of the same Month of
July at Nine of the clock in the forenoon to hear & abide the Judgement
and determination of this Court touching the matters contained in
the said petition, Now upon hearing what was allodged by
Councel for the said John Coleman< no role > the petr. and also by Councel for the
said Samuel Harris< no role > touching the premisses, the said John Coleman< no role >
and the said Samuel Harris< no role > being now both of them present in this
Court, Forasnuch as they the said John Coleman< no role > and Samuel
Harris
< no role > do both of them declare their consent in this said Court that the
said John Coleman< no role > be discharged from his said apprenticehood
It is Ordered by this Court that the said John Coleman< no role > be and he
is hereby absolutely discharged of and from his said apprenticehood
to the said Samuel Harris< no role > , And wee whose hands & seales are
hereunto sett being four of his maties Justices of the peace for the
said County of Middx (one of us being of the Quorum) present at the
said session have pronounced and declared and do pronounce
and declare that for the reason aforesaid wee have discharged and
do accordingly discharge the said John Coleman< no role > of and his
apprenticehood to the said Samuel Harris< no role > , Dated Under our hands
and seales the said seventh day of July in the said eleventh yeare
of the reign of our sovereign Lord King George the second,
