two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace , for
the CountyCity Libtyaforesaid (One whereof being of the Quorum)
by the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish ofsaint Margaret Westmr ThatJohn Jayle
here his Wife and their Child named John< no role >
Aged about Tenn years have
lately intruded, and
come into the said Parish ofSt. Margaret Westmr.
andarebecome Chargeable to the same; We
the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premisses upon
Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the same to be
true, and do also adjudge the Place of the last legal Settle-
ment of the saidJohn Jayle< no role > Anne< no role > his Wife and
in the County of Surry

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to require
you, on Sight hereof, to remove and convey the said
John Jayle< no role > Anne< no role > his Wife and John
their Child
from and out of said Parish ofSaint Margaret
Westmr to the saidparish of Leatherhead in the
County of Surry
andthemdeliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some, or one of them, together with
this our Order, or a true Copy hereof, who are hereby required
to receive and provide forthemaccording to Law. Given
under our Hands and Seals this28 th.Day ofApril 1737.
