At the Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace
held for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in
St. John street in the said County on monday the
fourth day of July in the eleventh year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the
Grace of God of Great Britaine France & Ireland
King Defender of the Faith and in the Year of our
Lord One thousand Seven hundred & thirty Seven

It is Ordered by this Court that the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint Giles in the
Fields in this County have notice of this Appeal and that they
and all persons concerned do attend this Court on Fryday next
at ten of the clock in the forenoon to hear and abide the
Judgment and determination of this Court touching the said
Appeal
