the Appeal and Order hereunto annexed on
Mr. Lebasse and Mr. Clapham Churchwardens

and the said Mr. Lebasse and Mr. Clapham did
then declare to this Deponant that they were
Churchwardens of She said parish of St. Giles
in the Fields and that they would take care to
acquaint their Clerk with the same
