To the Right Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex now in Generall
Quarter Sessions Assembled

The Humble Peticon and Appeal of the
Church Warden and Overseers of the Poor of Saint
Andrew Holborn above the barrs in the County of
Middlesex

Sheweth


That John Sykes< no role > and Lucy < no role > his Wife and their
two Children (Vizt.) Hannah < no role > aged two years & upwards and
Unisus < no role > aged 13 months were by an Order or Pass [..]
[..] Warrant dated the 18th. day of June Last under the
hands and seals of John Milner< no role > and John Mercer< no role > Esquires
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County
of Middlesex (one being of the Quorum) removed and conveyed
from the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields to the Parish of
Saint Andrew Holborn above the Barrs as the place of their
Last legall Settlement

Your Peticoners humbly conceive themselves
aggrieved thereby and appeal from the Judgment
of the said two Justices to the Judgment of this
Worship full Court and desire a day of hearing may
be appointed and that all Persons concerned may
be Ordered to attend and abide the determination
of this Court

And Your Peticoners shall ever Pray Etc
