The humble Petition of Martin Haynes< no role >

Sheweth


That your Petr. was by Indenture of apprenticeship
a Counter part of which is hereunto annexed bound
apprentice to John Pearson< no role > of the parish of Saint
George in the East in the County of middlesex Whitesmith
to serve him for the Term of Seven Years

That your Petrs. said Master hath sice absconded
for Dept and as your Petrs. is informed is gone to Ireland

That your Petr. is an Infant but about the Age
of fourteen Years and unable to provide for himself
and your Petrs. Mother is a Widow of mean Circumstances
having four small Children and unable to provide for your
Petr.

That yor. Petr. must inevitably be ruined unless
discharged from the said apprenticeship by reason
severall Tradeomen who are willing to take yor Petr
apprentice refuse so to do untill he is discharged from
his former apprenticeship

Yor. Petr. therefore most humbly prays
yor. Worships to take his Case into
Consideration and order that yor. Petr.
may be discharged from his said Apprenticeship
that he may be at Liberty to go Apprentice
to some other Master

And yor. Petr. as in Duty bound will
ever pray
