Justices of the Peace for the City of London for his personal appearance
at the then next Quarter Session of the peace to be holden for the County
of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. Johns Street in the County aforesd. to
answer the Complt. of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the parish of St. Clemt Danes in the sd. County of Middx for begetting
of one Sarah Shaw< no role > Singlewoman with Child wth sd. Child is since born
& Dyed in the Month We therefore whose Names are here unto
