Maketh Oath That he this Depont. being
Vestry Clerk of the parish of Saint Mary White
Chapel in the County aforesaid has in his
Custody the Scavengers ledger Book made for this presont
Year As also the Scavengers Books of last year
And this Deponent Saith that he is required
to Attend at the Old Baily next. Thursday Morning
in Order to give Evidence on his Majestys behalf
agt. the late Rioters taken in Goodmans fields
in the parish and County Aforesaid by means
whereof this Dept. Apprehends he will not be
able to attend the Court at Hicks's hall
