maketh Oath that he this Deponant became Bail for
the Appearance of Ann Graves< no role > in January Sessions last
at the Sessions then held for the County of Middlesex
soon after which the Sd. Ann Graves agreed with her
Prosecutrixfrom whom the Sd. Ann
had a General Release & went down into Yorkshire
Where she now resides as this Deponant is informed
& verily believes. Which Release this Depont. believes
to be lost or in the Custody of the Sd. Ann And this
Deponant further saith That the Sd. Ann graves &
her prosecutrix attended several Times at other Sessions
to discharge the Sd. Recognizance by the Sd. Anns
pleading guilty to the Indictmt. preferred agt. her
& her prosecutrix consenting to her Discharge
And this Depont. further saith That the Sd
prosecutrix Since the Sd. Ann Went into the
Country hath attended several Times with this
Depont. to signify her Consent to the Discharge of
the Sd. Ann, but She & this Depont. being ignorant
how to apply properly to the Court waited to hear
the Name of the Sd. Ann Graves called. And this
Depont. Saith That the sd. prosecutrix is a Socilors Wife
& at he is credibly informed is gone into the Country
So that this Depont. cannot now produce neither the
Sd. Prosecutrix nor the Sd. Ann Graves< no role >
