With & Serve Edward Allexander< no role > now or late of Bedford Row in the parish of Saint
Andrew Holbourn in the County of Middx Esqrs. in the Capacity or Station of a Coachman
as this Depont. is Inform'd and alsoe beleives at the House of the Said Mrs. Allexander
in Bedford Row aforeSd. and at severall other places in the parish & County aforesd.
And alsoe after Walter Williams< no role > who Lives or Did lately Live with & Serve Edward
Leigh< no role > of Bedford Row aforesd. in the parish & County afore Sd. Esqrs. in the Capacity
or Station of a Coachman at his House in Bedford Row aforesd. and at Severall other

Wife of the Sd. Collier at the Said Mr. Allexanders Sd. House in Bedford Row and alsoe
by Severall of the Said Williams's Neighbours & acquaintance That they the Said
John Collier< no role > & Wilter Williams are & have been gone out of Town for the Space
of Hour Months past & upwards in the Country To Wit the Said John Collier along
with the Said Mr. Allexander his said Master to his Coutry House or Seat incam Ordeg
shire Forty of Fifty miles Distant form London and Will not return home to London
again this Fortnight or Three Weeks and the Said Walter Williams< no role > along wth.
the Sd. Mrs. Leigh his Sd. Master to his Country House or Seat in the County of Bucks
Eighteen or Twenty miles Distant from London and is net Expected to return house
to London before Fryday or Saterday night next so that it will be impossible for
this Depont. (as he verily beleives) to produce or have the afore Sd. Witnesses presons
at the Sd. Sessions otherwise this Depont. Would Willingly proceed to Tryall of the Said Cause
