Robert Carson< no role > of Lambeth in the County of Surry Surgeon maketh
Oath and saith that he this Depot doth now [..] attend Thomas
Houghton of York Buildings in the parish of Saint Martin in the Fields
in the County of Middx Taylor (who late had his Leg broak by Hall from
his ye forse) as the Surgeon of him the said Thomas Houghton< no role > in &
about the Cure of this same and this Dept further saith that the sd
Thomas Houghton< no role > till remains very weak unable to move without
Crutrleas in this DeptsCustodyIndgmt. & beliefe it would be very
presuditial to & greatly endangering the Health & Life of the Said Thomas
Houghton
< no role > at this Junecture of time to attend at this Halborany ther
Court of Justice Therefore as this Dep is informed & believes the sd
Thomas Houghton< no role > doth desire that the Court would be pleased to
respite the recognizance (memoned in the Afidt. of ambrose Vi [..]
made in the Court last Sessions) till the next session to be held for
the County that the said Thomas Houghton< no role > may answer & plead to
the Indictmttheycharged against him
