At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our sovereign Lord the
King holden for the County of middx at Hicks hall in St. John street
in the County aforesaid on Monday the nineteenth day of July in the tenth
yeare of the reign of our sovereign Lord George the second King of Great
Britain France & Ireland Defender of the Faith before Thomas Lane< no role >
Anthony Chamber< no role > lain Andrew osborne< no role > William Booth< no role > Esquires and
other their Fellows Justices of our said Lord the King assigned to keep the peace in the
County aforesaid and also to heare & determine divers felonys trespasses
& other misdeeds committed in the same County,

whereas the Church wardens & overseers of the poor of the hamlet [..]
Bethnal Green in this County Exhibited their humble petition
& appeale unto this Court settingforth That by a warrant or Order
under the hands & seales of Richard Farmer< no role > & Clifford william
phillipps
< no role > Esquires two of his Maties Justices of the peace for the said
County (one being of the Quorum) bearing date the ninth day of June last
william Bracey< no role > shell mordine was removed from the parish of saint
Mary white Chapple in the said County to the said hamlet of
Beth [..] al Green in the same County as the place of his last legal
settlement, By which said Order and Judgement of the said two Justices
of the peace the petrs conceive themselves aggrieved, and appeale to this
Court against the same, praying such releif in the premisses as to the
Court shall seem just, whereupon at the request of the petrs it
Ordered by this Court that the benefit of the said appeale be saved
same is hereby adjourned untill the next General session of the peace
to be holden for this County, And that the Church wardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St. Mary white Chapple
(upon notice of this Order) and all persons concerned do attend the
Court of the said next General session of the peace to be holden for
the said County by adjornment on Tuesday the seventh day of
september next attennine of the clock in the forenoon to heare &
abide the Judgment and determination of the same Court touching [..]
