Whereas Complaint hath been
made unto us two of his majties Justices
of the peace for the sd County are being of ye
(Quor [..] ) by the Churchwardens and
Overseers of ye poor of ye parish of Saint
Mary White Chappell in the County of
Middlesex That William Bracey
Shellmordine< no role > is
lately come into the said parish
contrary to Law And that He
is likely to be Chargeable to the sd:
parish Wee the sd Justices upon
Examination of the premises and of the
said Wm. Bracey shell mordine upon Oath do
Adjudge the Same to be true And that
the last place of the Legal Settlement
of the Sd: William Bracey Ehellmordine
is in the Hamlett of Bethnall
Green in the Parish of Saint Dunstans
Stepney in the aforesaid County

These are therefore in
his Majties Name to Command you on Sight
hereof to remove and convey the sd: William
Bracey Shellmordine
from and out of the said parish of St. Mary
White Chappell to the sd: Hamlett of
Bethnall green and deliver Him to the
church wardens and Overseers of the poor there
or to one of them who are hereby required
to receive [..] provide for Him according
to Law Given under our Hands & seals
the Ninth day of June [..] 1736

To the Church wardens and Overseers of the poor of the
parish of St. Mary White Chapple the County of middlesex
And to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Hamlett of Bethnall green in the parish of Saint
Dunstans Stepney in the said of middlesex
