The Humble Peticon and Appeal of
the churchwarden and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Andrew Holbor [..]
above the barrs in the said County

Sheweth

That by an Order under the hands & Seals
of Thomas Lane< no role > and Richard Newton< no role > Esquires
two of his Majestys Justices for the Peace for
the said County (whereof one is of the Quorum)
bearing date the eleventh day of May last Past
whereby Mary good< no role > singlewoman aged 22 years
was removed from the Parish of Saint Clement
Danes in the said County to the said Parish of
Saint Andrew Holborn above barrs in the
same County as the Place of her last legall
Settlement

Your Petitionrs think themselves
aggrieved by the Judgment of the said
two Justices of the Peace appeal to this
Court against the same and Pray that
