Hall in Saint John Street in the County aforesaid on
Friday the thirdDay of September in the Tenth Year
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
Second King of great Brittain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Within Named
Thomas Sorett< no role > have Notice of this Petition and that he and all
Persons concerned doe Attend this Court on wednesday
Day ofnext at Nine of the Clock in the forenoone
to heare and Abide the Judgment and Determination of
this Court touching the Matters Contained in the
said Petition.
