The Humble Peticon and Appeal of the
Churchwarden & Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn above Me
barrs in the said County

Sheweth

That by an order under the hands and seals
of Robert Dennett< no role > and Richard Richards< no role > Esqr.
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
said County (Whereof one is of the Quorum) bearing
date the twenty fifth day of June last Past
whereby Charles Clark< no role > the Younger aged about
theirteen years was removed from the Parish of
Saint Botolph without Aldgate in the said County
to the said Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn above
the barrs in the same County as the Place his
last legall Settlement

aggrieved by the Judgment of the said
two Justices of the Peace appeal to the
