At the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace of Our
Lord the King holden for the County of Middx at Hicks
Hall in St. John Street in the sd County on Tuesday the
fourth day of May in the Ninth year of the Reign of
our Sovereign Lord King George the Second of Great
Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Mary White
Chappell in this County have notice of this Petition and
Appeal And that they and all other persons concern'd
do attend this Court on Friday next at ten of the Clock
in the forenoon to hear & abide the Judgment and
determination of this Court upon & touching the said
Appeal
