The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwarden and Overseers of the
poor of the Hamlet of Ratcliff in
the Parish of Stepney in the said County

Sheweth

That by Warrant or order under ye Hands and Seals
of Thomas Jones< no role > and William Cross< no role > Esqr; two of his
Majesties Justices of the peace for the said County
bearing date the Third day of March last; James
Ferguson< no role > Son of William< no role > and Sarah Ferguson< no role > , as
named in the said Order; was removed from the
parish of Saint Paul Shadwell in the said County to
the said Hamlet of Ratcliff as the place of his last
Legall Settlement.

themselves Aggreived by the said
Order of Removall and pray a day
this present Sessions for hearing
the said Appeal
