To the Right worshipfull his majesties Justices of
the peace for the County of middlesex at then General
Quarter Sessions of the peace Assembled

The Humble petition and appeal of the
Churchwarden and Overseers of the poor of
the Hamlet of Bethnal Green in the said
County

Sheweth


That by a Warrant or order under the hands & Seals of Thomas
Jones
< no role > and Richard Farmer< no role > Esquires two of his majesties Justices
of the peace for the County of Middlesex (one being of the Qurum)
bearing Date the thirteenth day of march last past [..]
William Camden< no role > and Jane< no role > his wife were removed from the
parish of Saint George in the County of Middlesex to the said
Hamlet of Bethnal Green in the said County as the place
of their last legal Settlement

By which said Order and Judgment of the said
said two Justices your petitioners conceive
themselves agrieved and humbly appeale to
this court against the same praying such
Relief i the premises as to your worships
shall seem meet

And yr petitioners will Ever
pray
