At the Session of Oyer & Terminer of our Sovereign Lord the King
Holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street
in the County aforesaid by Adjornment on Saturday the
twenty eighth day of February in the ninth year of the
reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of
Great Britain Etc.

otherwise Mc. Cullock< no role > who was tried and Convicted
upon an Indictment against him at the Prosecution of
James Wilson< no role > for a trespass Frand & Misdemeanor is fined
for the Said Offence three Shillings and four Pence which is to be
Estreated And he is to remain in the House of Correction
in Clerkenwell in this County there to bekeepkept to hard Labour
for the Space of four Months, then to be delivered paying
his Fees 12s..8d.
