an Indictment against them for unlawfully breaking
a certain Out house called the necessary house of one Philip
Jackson

Philip are Severally fined for the said Offence one Shilling to
be Estreated And they are Ordered to be delivered out of the
house of Correction in Clerkenwell in this County and are
comitted to his [..] Maties Goal of Newgate there to be
imprisoned for the Space of one year, And they are Ordered to
find Sufficient Sureties before one of his Maties Justices of
the peace for this County for their good behaviour for the
Space of two years to comence from the expiration of the
Said One year then to be delivered paying their Fees.
